Notes from Today...

The world feels a little chaotic right now, but today I was reminded that there’s still a lot of goodness moving quietly through it. On a quick trip to Kroger, more than 15 people offered to help me—from two women in the floral department to a gentleman who insisted on loading my groceries into my car. Small gestures, but meaningful ones. The kind that make you slow down and notice.

Over the past year, I’ve changed in subtle ways. I’m less quick to say “no thanks” and more willing to say yes—to help, to conversation, to connection. I’ve learned that allowing space for others often creates space within yourself too.

Earlier today, I sold a car I once dreamed of owning. It took two years to arrive at that decision, and letting it go wasn’t easy. Timing mattered, and so did honesty—with myself about what season I’m in now. I’m proud that I finally made the call.

It feels like one chapter closing and another quietly opening. Nothing dramatic—just a sense that I’m moving forward with more intention, lighter than before, and ready for whatever comes next.
